Massively important book at the time of publication, now largely forgotten but rediscovered as the source material for the 13th Floor Elevators Easter Everywhere LP artwork. All 4 Beatles were issued copies from Miles at the Indica Bookshop. George selected the same two images the Elevators used, to be painted on the roof and bonnet of his so-called ‘psychedelic mini’ , which in fact were just images from this book. Allegedly Mookerjee wasn’t happy and tried to sue until it was established that ancient art was subject to copyright.

Excellent book ! 1st edition English Language copies are hard to locate, despite what people list online they’re all later printing from when his 2nd book was published in 1971, or later 1980s printing. This is the 1st German Language edition printed a year later in Switzerland.
Hardback : 153 Pages. Colour and B&W plates. Signed on blank fly leaf.
Condition : Book : Fine. Dust jacket, minor bash but not torn on front cover bottom left. Inexplicably taped on the inside edge, but doesn’t show from the outside.
