Pub pre-Smiths fame by Babylon Book, Manchester 1981, reissued in 1995 (with a bar code etc).
48 pages, B&W. Over sized, Book form, fanzine by the 21 year old Steven Morrissey. He followed it up in 1983 with James Dean is Not Dead. Available here : James Dean is Not Dead by Steven Morrissey. 1st- uncredited & 2nd edition
There were two covers variations, one slightly shiny, the other matte….there is not indication which came first or they were printed simultaneously at different printers.
Even the reprint from 1995 is being offer on Abe Books for £300+ , the original £450.
