Corinne Day Diary : Sealed copy

SOLD

Corinne’s only book published with her lifetime and controversial for all the wrong reasons. Although it’s dedicated to Tara- pictured on the cover with “blue Ket” (the clean stuff) in her nostril – she hated the book. Nan Goldin warned Corinne but she choose to ignore her…..They were not only best friends but also co-collaborators in staging Corinne best early work.

Diary isn’t what the title suggests but instead a semi-fictional world that Corinne created ( I set up some of these backgrounds for other work we were doing).  After “discovering Kate Moss” she was sick of Vogue, sick of fashion and wanted to become an art photographer and follow in the footsteps of Nan Goldin, Billy Name and Larry Clark.

Condition : New in the shrink wrap – with one small tear.

The posthumous book  was nearer to a diary than Diary

Corinne Day : May The Circle Remain Unbroken – Photography book
