• Book Excellent : 1968 first edition and first prints. DJ : Alan Aldridge designed : No significant flaws : Un-price clipped, no rips or tears, no creasing, light handling. Book: No previous owner’s markings.
• Sunday Times letter announcing serialisation in colour supplement. I’m pretty certain this was distributed via the Fan Club.
• A set of 4 B&W photos 23cm x30cm photos that could be sent off for. All Near Fine : No pin holes, no creases : No flaws.
