Rolling Stone Monthly Book followed the massively successful Beatles Monthly. The first issue was published in  June 1964 and ran for 30 issues, the last printed in November 1966. It also had 32 pages, including the covers and 15.5cm x 21cm …a Monkees version followed in 1967.

*My preferred payment method is via online banking and I send a request based on your location. This is known as ACH in the USA (and is free to use – unlike a wire). This means I can offer P&P at cost. It’s cheaper for you and cheaper for me 🙂
