Description
Jagger’s contribution to the Performance Film soundtrack. Obviously the greedy Warner Bros execs hoped for a full Rolling Stones LP out of their investment.
Performance is amongst the greatest British films ever made. Filmed in 1968 but not completed in the edit due to interference from those greedy execs. Regardless Campbell, after years of seeing his scripts diluted and turned into mainstream flops, finally triumphed aided by Nicholas Roeg as joint director. I’m going to stop here before I get lost down the rabbit hole like I have with continually revised the Lucifer Rising blog.
German Picture sleeve version and UK issue on offer.
