1970 , the year of the Festival .  Having stage Dylan’s live comeback the previous year, the IOW festival organisers booked an all star line up in 1970 : Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, The Who, Sly & The Family Stone, Spirit, Leonard Cohen , Mile Davis, Kaleidoscope (As I Luv Wight), Procul Harum, Family….

This was both Jimi Hendrix & Jim Morrison’s final UK performances.

This Lot consists of  4 items  •  Programme VG+ (no previous owner’s markings -Minor handling)  • Handbill  Mint :(black version)  • Ferry Ticket stub 10am Saturday  29th August  • The News – Paper Saturday  29th August  good/fair – complete, no major tears but general wear around folds and tatty edges. Front cover story and half page article inside.
