Description
Fantastic piece of ephemera from the 1925 world premiere of the original silent version of Chaplin’s classic. In 1942, a version was re-released with a soundtrack.
While posters, programmes & pressbooks from the 1940-50 re-releases of Chaplin’s movies are still scarce, they turn up, while ephemera from the original releases is rare, especially in this condition. Condition : VG++ Any handling/ ageing can clearly be seen in the photos. The original staples are fine. 22 pages, including covers. Approx 23 x 31.5cm . Excellent content for a programme, the “making of” On Set with Charlie , The Klondike background & Black & white photos throughout.
