Lenny Bruce’s autobiography, How to Talk Dirty and Influence People. Originally serialised in Playboy from 1963 and published in hardback in the US in 1965 by Bruce’s pal Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Press, followed by a UK edition in 1966 by Peter Owen. A paperback edition was published posthumously in the US in 1967.
