A scarce song sheet from The Beatles psychedelic album.Despite being one of least psychedelic songs on Sgt Pepper’s With A Little Help From My Friends was still banned by the BBC…just in case friends really meant drugs….By 1967, fewer and fewer people bought popular songs as sheet music – which was essentially a throwback to the days of Music Hall, (before recorded music) and take them home to bash the sing out on the old piano for the benefit of the family.
