2001 Kruse printed in Germany.
A sealed copy of Corinne Day’s only book published within her lifetime.
Something of an enigma, Corinne is often credited with “discovering” Kate Moss, which inextricably linked her to fashion photography. This controversial book was her attempt to break free and re-establish herself as a reportage art photographer. Nan Goldin warned her….so did I. I was one of Corinne’s friends and later her art director/set designer.
The cover depicts Corinne’s best mate Tara. The blue nostril is from a Ketamine batch: dyed blue to indicate it’s purity.
2001 : Still sealed : from Corinne’s personal stash, stored in her Granny’s shed for years. Comes directly from her widower-Mark Szaszy, profits shared with him.
